From the feedback we receive from our customers we know how life changing our all terrain wheelchairs can be, but sometimes the biggest barrier is finding the funding for them.

There are options available to help with the purchase of mobility equipment such as charity funding or self-fund raising, but because this isn’t an option for everyone we have been working hard to find a suitable, safe and viable finance scheme that offers flexibility and ease of use.

Who is eligible to use the finance scheme?

Anyone that has lived in the UK for at least 3 years, is over 18 years, works or is in receipt of a regular income and has a good credit history is eligible to use our finance company.

What’s the most I can finance with your finance company?

For finance purchases of up to £25k.

What's the process to buy using your finance scheme?

Buy as normal from participating merchants and ask to pay using our finance company. Complete a short online application which takes a few minutes. You’re approved instantly, pay the deposit and sign the agreement to complete the purchase.

What if I don’t have time to complete my application?

Mountain Trike can send you a unique link to your application as text message or email, so you can complete the application later at your own convenience.

What happens if I’m declined?

You would need to complete the purchase using the traditional means of payment the merchant is accepting.

How much deposit do I need to pay?

A maximum 50% deposit is required with the order. Slightly lower deposits may be possible but are reviewed on a case by case basis.

Can I pay back the full amount before my term?

Yes, it is possible to make full payment before the agreed term ends - there is flexibility and this can be discussed with the finance provider.
